Purpose and objective of the position

Sie unterstützen unser Team aktiv in verschiedenen Produktionsabteilungen und tragen somit maßgeblich zum reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionsprozesse bei. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Bedienung von Maschinen, die Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Produkte sowie das Einhalten von Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz. Durch Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und Ihr Engagement leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erfüllung unserer Produktionsziele. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, teamorientiert und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen stets den Überblick.

Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of production machines
• Carrying out quality controls
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Support in optimizing production processes

Technical requirements

• Completed training in production or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the production industry is an advantage
• Technical understanding and skill in handling machines
• Willingness to work shifts
